Unidentified man kicks dog on camera in Lancaster

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Officials in Lancaster County are asking the public for help identifying a man caught abusing an animal on camera.

The Lancaster City Bureau of Police say an incident of animal abuse occurred on Dec. 17 on the 600 block of Marietta Avenue.

According to a press release, a citizen from the area showed police a video they'd taken where a man in a red jacket, a red hat and black pants is walking a small white dog.

As he's walking the dog, the man can be seen repeatedly kicking the animal, police said.

Police are asking anyone who can help identify the man to contact police at (717) 735-3300.
