Second man charged in Mifflin Co. fatal shooting in custody

Mifflin County, PA (WJAC) — State police announced late Wednesday that 26-year-old Trevor Middaugh, one of two men charged in the fatal shooting of a 25-year-old woman last month, has been taken into custody.

Police say Middaugh is awaiting arraignment.

State police in Lewistown announced that an arrest warrant has been issued for a second man charged in the shooting death of a woman last month in Mifflin County.

Troopers say 25-year-old Paige Kibe was found along River Road in Bratton Township, on Dec. 16th, with multiple gunshot wounds.

On Dec. 21st, police charged 44-year-old Michael Jason Kennedy, of Yeagertown, with criminal homicide, aggravated assault and kidnapping in Kibe's death.

Investigators now say a second man is facing similar charges and an arrest warrant has been issued for 26-year-old Trevor Alan Middaugh.
